Dispatch Times
We post all orders via Royal Mail within 1 to 2 days of your order being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busier periods like Christmas, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.
UK Delivery
- Standard Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class): Usually arrives in 3-5 working days.
- 1st Class Upgrade available at checkout for faster delivery. (1-2 days)
- Tracked 24 & 48 available (2-3 days)
- Orders over £45 delivered free.
Sustainable Packaging
We pack all orders using plastic-free, recyclable, or compostable materials, always. Our tape and packing fillers are paper-based, and we often reuse clean boxes from other deliveries to reduce waste. It might not be glossy, but it’s kinder to the planet.
Delivery Delays
Royal Mail is usually reliable, but occasional delays can happen due to strikes or weather. If your parcel hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, please get in touch, and we’ll sort it.
