1. Cover drinks glasses, mugs and bottles in the garden

That’s right! You no longer have to sit and wave your arms around, frantically trying to keep the wasps and flies away from your special summer cocktail or beer! Instead, use one of our small wax wraps to cover your drink and keep it insect free.

2. Store tools in the garage or garden shed

Once your wax wraps have come to the end of their use and you can no longer refresh them, you don’t have to put them in the compost! Instead, why not use them in the garden or garage to wrap your tools - they will keep the moisture out so the tools don’t go rusty!

3. Wrap food to go in the freezer

If you’ve had a party and have that 1 left over sausage roll or scone, why not wrap it in a beeswax wrap for the freezer instead of having lots of bulky boxes to navigate your way around. Helps save space and reduce food waste. Wrapping bread and bakes prevents freezer burn too!

4. Wrap around a shampoo or soap bar when you go travelling

Using shampoo and soap bars at home is easy when you have somewhere to store them but if you are going away for a night (or 2) then you may wonder how you can easily transport your trusty bars. Worry not – simply wrap in a beeswax wrap and they will be good to go, without making your toiletry back all soapy!

5. Shape in to a handy pocket

If you want something easy to pop a snack in for when you are on the school run, out walking the dog or on a long car journey, why not fold your wax wrap into a handy pocket. You can find instructions here. You can also find some of our video tutorials over on our YouTube Channel

6.Use as a grip to open stuck jar and bottle lids

We all have those moments when our super strength fails us and we cannot get in to that tasty jar of jam or honey – well now your trusty wax wrap can save the day and help you to open those pesky lids! Simply place on the lid and twist – the extra grip will make this job a breeze.

And there we go – 6 extra ways to use your wraps – just showing how super awesome they really are!
